Credit card transactions will be acquired for BGH Silver Oaks via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway.
As such, the transaction will reflect as PayGenius: BGH Silver Oaks on your statement.
PayGenius uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.

No booking is confirmed until payment has been received.
If we cancel the trail due to bad weather, this being thunder, heavy rain, flooded ground and lightening - we will postpone the ride. Please call us before you leave to confirm.
If you cancel the ride within 24 hrs of the booking time, you will not be allowed to postpone or get any refund.
Picnics need to have 24 hrs to prepare.
We operate a no refund policy. We may postpone a ride if you cannot make it, if you give more than 24 hrs notice.
Voucher purchases- no refunds or exchanges. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Bookings are subject to availability.
We have the right to cancel your ride if you arrive in unsuitable attire. This is for your own safety. Please see required attire on booking.
Children over 6 are allowed on a trail with a parent riding with.
Guide tips need to be given in CASH ONLY.
RIDING IS A RISK SPORT- It is your own choice to ride a horse. We take all reasonable care to provide suitable and safe horses for our clients.
All animals are unpredictable, do not feed any animals at any time without prior consent from a staff member. Do not enter any paddock or stable area without consent for your own safety.
We can not be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of personal property while on the premises.
